• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• In its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
• Complete with all included components (base, pot, power adapter)

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@curatedgift.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, additional processing time may apply.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping in full.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or malfunctions within 30 days of delivery, contact us immediately at support@curatedgift.shop. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
